These shoes are just great! They have a very architectural and designer look, yet are very, very comfortable. I've been looking for a platform shoe for a while and have tried on so many with soles that are clunky or rock-hard or cheap and plastic-y. This sole is just what I wanted: a beautiful shape that is just squishy enough to allow me to walk quietly and comfortably. I think I could walk all day around a city in these. The insides of the straps are very comfortable. I think they run a bit large and would have gone down a half-size except that I wanted to keep them and wear them immediately. The quality of the shoes seems to be high. My Tsubo boots from 2 years ago still look great and have years left in them, and I think these will be the same.

I fell in love with these when I saw them in the video on this website. They have a very architectural look and I think they're very cool & unique. I have to say I wasn't expecting them to be so comfortable. When I first put them on, I thought they were too large even though I ordered my normal size. They are roomy but the ankle tie and the heel keep you anchored in and as I walked around the house, they started to feel "just right". (I feel like Goldilocks!) The footbed is fairly level so there's no discomfort of a heel but you have the height of the platform. They are pricey but I love them.
