I wish I could have kept this shoe. It was the perfect heel height and had a great shape/style. I usually wear size 10 and these were a little small. I decided to return them because I think the size 11 would be too big.

I've literally been searching for almost a year for a pair of heels I could wear to my retail job (standing for 8 hours). Until now, nothing cut it. But, not only did I find what I was looking for in comfort in the Dufay, but the shoe has some amazing little details that set it apart from the rest. The heel and toe have unique shapes, the cushining is amazing, and the grips at the bottom are perfect for constant running up and down the metal stairs at work!
And I had a great experience with Tsubo as well--I did have to return the first pair (these run a bit small) and there was some weirdness with the packing slips, but when I called, the woman was very nice, and got all the right forms emailed to me right then.
