I had bunion surgery before so when I saw the elastic on the fronts, I mistakenly thought that was all that there. The front of this shoe hits me where my screws are and in general irritates most of my metatarsals. I took the show to my cobbler and he stretched the front only and this has helped.

I was a little disappointed that I had to exchange these for a half size larger, but the process was simple and free. The larger size fits perfectly and I love the versatility of this wedge. It looks great paired with skirts, leggings or jeans.
