After considerable difficulty ordering, shoe arrived and had an issue with a misglued footbed, resulting in a sizable lump under the front of the shoe. I've returned them and not reordered. Tsubo seems to be having quality issues.

These are incredibly comfortable -- quirky and different without drawing too much attention. I walk 1-3 miles each day on my commute (depending on weather, wait time for the bus) and these are great. These are my new go-to casual shoes.
The dark gray leather is more supple than I would have guessed from the photos, and I would describe the upper sole as "gum" colored (I think it looks yellow in the online photos).
