Customer Returns And Exchanges

  1. 1. Complete and enclose the Return/Exchange form located on the back of the packing slip. It will tell us what to do with your return when the package arrives.
    1.  a. If you cannot locate the pre-paid shipping label for your order please contact the TSUBO® call center. Click the following link to access the call center contact information. Our Customer Service
  2. 2. Complete the top portion of the SmartLabel with your name, address, ZIP code and invoice number.
  3. 3. Next, place everything in the box, peel — the SmartLabel below and affix it to the outside of your return package. Be sure to remove, completely cover, or cross out the original shipping label and any other barcodes.
  4. 4. Drop your package in the U.S. Mail wherever you find it most convenient: at home, at work or at your local Post Office. You also have the option of arranging a USPS pickup at your address (where service is available) by scheduling a "Carrier Pickup" at www.usps.com
  5. 5. That's it really. No postage is required (SmartLabel returns are free!). Please allow 15 working days
  6. 6. From the time of receipt at our warehouse for your refund to process.
  7. 7. To track your return, visit http://returnstracking.shipmentmanager.com/TSBO and have your tracking number on hand.

Once we receive the item, we will ship your requested exchange item to you without charging any additional shipping. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return or exchange.

All non-defective returns must be free of all wear and tear. Any item returned that does not meet the requirements will be returned to the customer.
