- 1. Download the proper PDF returns form and a check list which also includes the return label. Choose from the list of links below.
- 2. Print your checklist, address label and your returns form.
- 3. Put the packing list inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Tape the label on the package.
- 4. Ship your package to us using a trackable form of shipping, for example UPS or FEDEX.
