Customer Returns & Exchanges

  1. 1. Download the proper PDF returns form and a check list which also includes the return label. Choose from the list of links below.
  2. 2. Print your checklist, address label and your returns form.
  3. 3. Put the packing list inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Tape the label on the package.
  4. 4. Ship your package to us using a trackable form of shipping, for example UPS or FEDEX.
