Returns for exchange or store credit

Please use this form ONLY if you did NOT purchase your TSUBO® Footwear product from www.tsubo.com, the TSUBO® Footwear call center, or through TSUBO® Footwear mail order. If you used any of these methods to purchase directly from us, please click here instead.

We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their TSUBO® Footwear product from a retailer other than www.tsubo.com, the TSUBO® Footwear call center or TSUBO® Footwear mail order. We will process your return for an exchange or a credit. We do not refund for products not purchased directly from us.

Items must be in new, unused condition. A product with any dirt or wear and tear will be returned with no action taken. Products must be from our current product line, which is posted on the website.

Please note that if credit is provided as a result of this evaluation, such credit

    will expire if not used within one year from the date of issue.

Returns for Warranty Evaluation

The TSUBO® warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from the date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to TSUBO® which are past one year old from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

TSUBO® can offer an exchange or credit. We do not perform any repairs.

Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order that they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks.

Exchanges will be shipped via ground service at no cost to the customer.

In order for us to properly process your return, we kindly ask that you complete the following 5 steps.

  1. Provide your shipping information; this is where we'll send your exchange.
  2. Tell us what you're returning (please include model, color, and size).
  3. Tell us what you would like in exchange (please include model, color, and size).
  4. Click "Submit" to generate a mailing label.
  5. Print the resulting mailing label and affix it to your return package, which should include the confirmation page and both shoes to be evaluated.
    Please note: This label is for your convenience and is NOT a prepaid return label. You will still need to pay postage on your return.
