The footbed - Our obsessive attention to detail means we use a double density polyurethane footbed/midsole. It's firmer in the heel where added support is needed and softer in the foreparts to give extra cushioning and comfort. Feet get hot when used - we all know that. That’s why we have perforated air channels to allow air to circulate around your feet on the right side of toasty warm. The midsole provides contoured lateral and longitudinal support.

The sole - No one wants to slip over, it makes us feel stupid and can ruin our clothes. That’s why our rubber soles are both abrasion and skid resistant. Banana skins, do your worst. Another unique feature of our shoes are our bubbles. And not just any old bubbles, but rubber ones for shock absorption. And believe us when we say your knees will thank you in later life.

Returns Information

Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our call center or website and it is within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Shoes must be free of wear and tear and be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges will be shipped via surface delivery at no charge to the customer.

All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. Tsubo® is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Tsubo® Warranty

TSUBO® shoes are warranted to provide normal wear and be free from defective materials or faulty manufacturing for one year from confirmed date of purchase.  Any products beyond one year will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  For further warranty information please contact TSUBO® at 866-998-7826.
